Handmade inventory software, from supplies to finished goods.
Track the oils, fragrances, jars and boxes you make things from, and the bars, candles and jars you sell. Make a batch and the supplies come out while the finished products go in. Sell, and they come back out.
Free plan, no card needed. Paid plans from $10 a month.
Your stockroom and your products
A handmade business has two kinds of inventory: the supplies you make things from, and the products you sell. Supplies live in your Stockroom. Finished products are tracked by batch.
Every supply in one place
Six lists, one for each kind of supply. Each item keeps what's on hand, what you paid, who you buy it from, and when it counts as low.
What you sell
- Units on hand for every product
- Stock by batch, so you know what's left of each one
- Sales come out of the oldest batch first
- Mark products Core Line or Limited Run, so seasonal items don't skew your restock plans
Turn on stock tracking one area at a time, so you can start with just the supplies you care about. When it's on, making a batch takes what it used out of your Stockroom automatically.
Example data.
Your stock updates as you work
You don't keep a separate inventory sheet. The things you already do in CraftWiseApp move your stock for you.
Import the invoice and your stockroom quantities and prices update.
Log the batch and the supplies it used come out of stock. The bars you cut go in.
Log the sale and the bars come out of your oldest batch first.
Example data. Automatic deductions happen when inventory tracking is on.

Two warnings, set by you
Not everything needs the same heads-up. A slow-moving colorant can run low for weeks. Lye can't. So each supply gets two levels.
When it drops to your low number. Time to reorder on your next supply run.
When it drops to your critical number. Order now or your next make day is at risk.
Everything that needs attention shows on one Stock Alerts list, most urgent first. Tap Add to shopping list on any low supply, or Add all to shopping list to send every one at once. Each goes on the list with its supplier, so it's ready for your next order.
Finished products get a low number too, and turn critical when they sell out.
Know what to make before it sells out
Stock alerts tell you something is low today. Restock reminders look at how fast each product is selling and tell you when it will run out, so you can plan make days ahead of time.
How the date is worked out
Mark the products you always keep in stock as Core Line. Seasonal and one-off products stay Limited Run and are left out.
CraftWiseApp adds up the units you sold in the last 90 days: event, online, in-person and wholesale sales. Gifts, samples and damaged items don't count.
It divides by 90 to get a daily rate, then divides what you have on hand by that rate to get days left.
Anything with less than 30 days left shows on your dashboard with a restock-by date. Under 14 days is Remake Now; 14 to 29 days is Plan Production.
From supplier box to stockroom without retyping
Restocking is where spreadsheets fall behind. These tools keep quantities and prices current every time you buy.
Invoice import
Upload a supplier invoice as a PDF or photo. CraftWiseApp reads each line, you match it to a supply you already have or add it as new, check the amounts, and save. Uses your plan's AI allowance.
Price history
Every purchase is saved, so you can see when a supplier raises prices and how much. If a price looks like a typo, such as 799 instead of 7.99, CraftWiseApp flags it before it throws off your product costs.
A shopping list sorted by supplier
Five ways to get something on your list:
Type it in. Use the "Add item to buy" box at the top of the list, with the amount, supplier and any notes.
From Stock Alerts. When a supply runs low, tap "Add to shopping list", or add every low supply at once.
While adding a supply. Adding an ingredient, fragrance, colorant or packaging to your Stockroom? Tick "Add to shopping list" so you remember to buy it.
While building a recipe or product. Quick-add an ingredient, fragrance or package you don't have yet and tick the same box.
From a make day Studio. Plan a make day and send every ingredient you're short on to the list in one click, or just the ones you choose.
Then switch to By Supplier to see one list per supplier, with a link to their website if you've saved one, so each order is easy to place. You can also filter to one supplier. When an order arrives, mark it received, pick its Stockroom category, and it's added to your stock and crossed off.
Example data.
Every bar accounted for, batch by batch
See what's left of each batch you made, or switch to a product view for totals. Sales come out of the oldest batch first, so older stock moves before newer stock.
Not every bar leaves through a sale. When you change a count by hand, CraftWiseApp asks why, and keeps a log:
- Event sale
- Online sale
- In-person or retail sale
- Wholesale
- Damaged or defective
- Donation or gifted
- Personal use or sample
- Restock or production add
That way giveaways and broken bars don't show up as sales in your reports.
Count your shelves. Know what they're worth.
Inventory audit
FreeSpills, a heavy-handed pour, a sample you forgot to log. Numbers drift. The audit puts every supply in one sortable table so you can walk the shelves, fix counts right in the table, and be back in sync.
Inventory value report
HobbySee how much money is sitting on your shelves. Raw materials are valued at what you paid, and finished goods at their cost per unit, which helps at tax time and when you're deciding whether to buy in bulk.
Example data.
Keep your shelf and your Shopify store in step
Sell online and at markets and your counts drift apart. On Pro, connect your Shopify store and CraftWiseApp shows you where they disagree.
Inventory reconciliation
Tap to check. CraftWiseApp pulls your Shopify counts when you ask, never in the background.
Each linked product shows your CraftWiseApp count next to Shopify's, for each store location, with mismatches flagged.
Decide which number is right and fix either side. Barcode differences are flagged too, and can be fixed in either direction.
Shopify sales report import
Export Shopify's "Total sales by product variant" report and upload it. Review the lines, then save them as online sales or into a craft show recap. Units come out of your batches, oldest first.

Questions makers ask
Do I have to enter all my stock before I start?
No. Add supplies as you go. While you build a recipe or product you can quick-add an ingredient, fragrance, colorant, package or mold, and it's saved to your stockroom.
What's the difference between stock alerts and restock reminders?
Stock alerts compare what you have to the low and critical numbers you set, for supplies and products, on every plan. Restock reminders (Pro) look at your last 90 days of sales for Core Line products and estimate the date each one will run out.
Can I track some things and not others?
Yes. Ingredients, fragrances, materials and packaging each have their own tracking switch, so you can start with just the ones you care about.
Does it track finished products too?
Yes. Every batch records how many you made, sales take units out of the oldest batch first, and hand edits are logged with a reason, so you can see what's left by batch or by product.
Does invoice import cost extra?
No. It's included on every plan and uses your plan's AI allowance: 50 uses in total on Free, and a monthly allowance on paid plans.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes, on the Pro plan and up. Connect your store to compare counts and fix mismatches, and import Shopify's sales report so online sales come out of your stock. You choose when to check; nothing changes in Shopify on its own.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes your stockroom, stock alerts, the shopping list, invoice import, the inventory audit and finished-goods tracking for up to 10 products. No card is needed.
